How We Work
Our clients are looking to lead a balanced life with the perspective and tools to face challenges with resilience and optimism. Anxiety, depression, compulsive thoughts or addictions might be getting in the way of relationship or life goals. Our clients are hoping to find practical problem solving in their sessions with me but also build bigger picture thinking and perhaps even get into the big philosophical questions that are a part of making life feel worth living. They value a genuine, human experience with an open-minded, culturally sensitive supporter, that allows them to tap into their own resources for long term well-being.
A therapy client should feel genuine empathy, unconditional positive regard and zero judgment in a session. Together, we will be weaving practical problem solving with deeper perspective shifts, seamlessly integrated into an experience that feels like a warm but profound conversation with a friend, who happens to be highly trained.
With 20-years experience, work and travel all over the world I believe I can put my clients at ease quickly and develop the therapeutic relationship that never feels patronizing or judging.
